A blend of documentary and editorial methods

WISCONSIN WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

My work combines documentary instinct with an editorial eye, using true-to-life tones and color palettes, and the texture of 35mm film. I move fluidly throughout the day, sometimes quietly observing to capture candid moments, other times stepping in to offer direction, always responding to your energy. The result is a body of work that feels lived-in and personal.

Based in Madison, I’ve spent years photographing weddings throughout the Midwest and Mountain West. You can expect me to be a calming and easy-going presence when things go unexpectedly. I love photographing weddings, but what matters most to me is storytelling: preserving your most momentous emotions through time.
